I'm sure we have all been in situations where we needed fixes done asap. I had waterproofing issues that were probably due to poorly done toilet renovation works. I sent many queries to many companies to ask if they could help and Atlas Works (AW) was the first (and only one even till today!) to respond. The best part? Eric from AW called me within the day. And for some context, I only started sending queries at 10.30pm. Eric understood my urgency to have this issue fixed and he was able to arrange the works to be completed by the same weekend.

I was ready to have to cajole and twist arms to expedite my request but I was pleasantly surprised that Atlas was able to anticipate and offer to arrange rectification works to be done quickly.

The contractor who came to do the works was very helpful in explaining what he was doing at each step. His belief in Atlas' nanotech reassured me that my waterproofing problems will be a thing of the past.

To fix the dampness that had seeped into my floors, I need to cut huge holes in my false wall to reach the damp areas. The workers who came to do the PU Waterproofing were experienced in identifying which were the problem areas and could rectify them accordingly. After they were done, they patched the holes nicely too. You'll never know I had holes in my wall that were big enough for adults to crawl into.

I am happy to say that Atlas delivered in terms of promptness and their experience in the field allows them to understand and fix issues with minimal fuss. I highly recommend them to everyone. Very professional in assessing the scope of work and recommendating a cost effective solution. Originally I was going for the more expensive nano coating solution but because I already had a fiber glass solution from few years back, the cost of removing it and redoing would have been more expensive.  Instead they recommended a 5 coat solution and not just quote the nano solution which they could have done to earn the extra revenue. I have the opportunity to engage Atlas for waterproofing my toilet after looking through numerous websites and gotten a couple of quotes across vendors. While Atlas may not be the cheapest, the workmanship/technology and promptness in their response along with the great customer service were the things that stood them out from others. I like that the fact that communications were clear and reminders were sent promptly for the appointment. I contacted Eric about a week before Chinese NewYear to resolve leaking problem at both toilets of my neighbour downstairs. While a few contractors I called can only do the works 1 week after CNY or end of Feb, Eric got the works done on eve of CNY and immediately after CNY to both toilets.
